Why does AppDrain show 0 apps?
Shopify's API for reading installed apps requires the app to be published in the Shopify App Store. While AppDrain is in review, you can use the manual audit flow — just paste your app list and we'll run the full analysis.
Does AppDrain modify my store?
No. AppDrain is completely read-only. We only read the list of apps you have installed. We cannot and do not add, remove, or change anything in your store.
How do I uninstall AppDrain?
Go to Shopify Admin → Apps → AppDrain → Delete. Your data will be marked inactive. To request full data deletion, email support@appdrain.com.
Are AppDrain's savings estimates guaranteed?
No. AppDrain identifies potential savings based on your app stack — duplicates, forgotten subscriptions, and cost patterns. All decisions remain with you. We surface information; you decide what to do with it.
What data does AppDrain store?
We store your store domain and the list of apps installed (names and pricing). We do not store customer data, order history, or any other personal information. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
How do I request my data be deleted?
Email support@appdrain.com with your store domain and we'll delete all associated data within 30 days.
